Mount Hood Ski Bowl Ski AreaMount Hood Ski Bowl Ski Area located 60 miles from Portland, is in close proximity to Government Camp, Oregon on Mount Hood. Known as the largest night skiing area in the U.S.; Ski Bowl has 65 marked trails, more than half stay lit at night. The annual snowfall of 300" is great not only for skiing and snowboarding, but for snowmobiling, snow tubing, sleigh rides, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, all of which are offered. Ski Bowl boasts that their terrain parks have everything you need or want, including ski and board lessons for all ages and levels. There is a choice of on and off mountain dining, warming hut and lodge facilities. Snow Tube Hill and Adventure Park is wonderful fun for all ages, and the Kid's Indoor Super Play Zone is also available. Lodging accommodations are offered in the surrounding area.
